Today has indeed been a boring day so far. It started off in the morning with math lesson and i dragged myself out of bed and daddy drove me to school. yea but the lesson wasnt as boring as i thought it would be. i managed to complete an amath revison paper. yays! so 1 down and 4 more to go. right. haha
then daddy came to pick me up and went for a hair makeover. haha then sembawang hill it was for lunch. fried fish soup is yummy. after lunch we came home and i read ephesians chapter 2 for bs later at novena.. yup so thats pretty much what i did for today..
something frightening and shocking happened yesterday outside ps and it was certainly an eye-opener for me. but yes it was scary. okay here it goes. lennart and i met ke at dhoby ghout station to have dinner at ps. after we exited the station, we were at the side of ps at the open space and there's actually an corridor (where all the postboxes are) to bring u into ps. when we were crossing through this open space, this grp of teenage school dropouts came to approach us and harshly asked us for doantion for charity (an idiot would know its fake). this big built ah beng approached ke while this chinese national (i shall be nice here) came pulling my bag when we rejected and hurried off. so i brushed her off asking her to let go and she did. she we just hastened into the corridor.
but the guy did not give up and continued chasing us (like what's his problem) and then he was very flushed and he cornered ke near the postboxes and started hurling insults and vulgarities at ke in hokkien. "scared ah? come and fight la" etc and of cos ke rebutted back by trying to reason things out with him but in a fierce manner. "i dont want to donate" "im just coming here to have my dinner" "come la i scared ah?" etc.. he even pushed ke on the chest (yea i know outrage of modesty) and i was like stunned with shocked and fright and didnt know what was the best thing to do in a situation like that. should i shout for help, push the guy away, drag ke away, try and reason things out, go get help. what? i didnt want to get physically involved as it would make matters worst. but instead i just stood quietly behing them and giving ke moral support (haha) and in case he dared to use physically insults. but i tried my best to remembered his face in case of any indentification needed. and his friends caught up after what seemed like hours (which was only seconds) and tried to pull him off. i ticked the china girl off and told her to get that guy away. fearing that i would file a police report against them, she hastily obliged and they tried to pull the guy away. and until thr last moment, that guy was still cursing and swearing as ke and us strutted away into ps. and of cos ke 'bitched' him back haha.
anyway later len told us that he knew alot abt these things as he's acutall one of the so called 'cid' in charge of the north district. but too bad ps was in the central and he was not 16 yet and didnt not bring his pass with him. if not he could have stop those ppl and demanded their letter of proof and if they didnt have (which of cos they didnt), he could report against them. so len called up his boss and reported the incident len's boss filed a report against that company. well ke actually told us that he had encounted a few of these experiences already but none were as persistant as this one. and these companies acutally asked all these school drop-outs to help to ask for donation, where in turn the'll would receive a certain amount of money. no wonder they were so persistant. oh wells what an experience i had. and i'm not going to ps for the whole of next week or so. better be safe than sorry. esp if you're going alone. so look out ppl! dont be taken in so easily and be on your guard always! be alert and know what to do at all times (unlike me).
alrighty, i better go get ready for bs at novena. what's worst is that i'll come home having to face my dreadest dread: PACK MY STUDY AREA. goodness that place is just like a pig sty and i wouldnt even know where to start. andand tmr len ke and gek are coming over to do hw and to have monopoly showdown!(haha after the last time len went bankrupt he wasnt happy). andandand i've so much hw left to complete but at least i've started with amath. but yea tmr's gonna be a fun day with friends! right i better go get changed. adieu~ ((:
